Terms of Service
1.The service
Invograde provides tools to create, convert, view and validate electronic invoices in the EN 16931 family of formats.
The service is provided “as is”. Every file we generate is checked against the official EN 16931 validation rules. That check confirms a file meets the technical standard. It does not confirm that the invoice is commercially or fiscally correct: you remain responsible for the accuracy of everything on your invoice including the amounts, the VAT treatment, the identifiers and the obligations that follow from them. We do not provide tax or legal advice.
We do not send, transmit, clear or file invoices on your behalf, and we make no claim to any individual country’s approval or registration scheme.
2.Accounts
One account per user. You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so access to your account is access to that mailbox: keeping it secure is your responsibility. Tell us at contact@invograde.net if you believe someone else has used your account.
3.Plans and payments
There is a Free plan and a Pro subscription at €9 per month or €79 per year. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your Pro access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is cut short.
Refunds: a 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first Pro purchase. Write to contact@invograde.net within 14 days of that purchase and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Later renewals are not automatically refundable, but ask us anyway if something has gone wrong.
4.Fair use
Each plan has usage limits, meaning how many invoices you can create and how many PDF conversions you can run, and the current limits are the ones shown on the pricing page. They are set generously for normal work.
The following are not permitted:
- automated or scripted use designed to exceed the limits of your plan, or to exhaust the service’s capacity;
- reselling, sublicensing or sharing your access with people who are not covered by your plan;
- attempting to attack, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or to another user’s data.
5.Your data and your privacy
What we store, and what we deliberately do not, is set out on the privacy page.
The short version: invoice content is processed in memory and not kept, with one exception you control. Saving finished invoices to your account is a switch in your account settings. It is on by default, you can turn it off at any time, and turning it off deletes what was already saved. Deleting an invoice deletes its files immediately.
6.Availability and changes
We give no uptime guarantee at this stage of the product. We work to keep the service available and will tell you about planned maintenance where we can, but there is no service level commitment and no compensation for downtime.
We may add, change or withdraw features as the product develops and as the e-invoicing standards themselves change. If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will say so on this page and update the date above.
7.Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, in particular the fair use section, and where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.
If your account is closed, any invoices saved in it are deleted along with it. Download anything you want to keep before you go.

“You” means the person or business using the service.
