What we do
You give us an invoice, typed into a form or uploaded as a PDF you already made, and we hand back a file built to the European standard: XRechnung, ZUGFeRD / Factur-X or Peppol BIS, whichever is asked of you. Nothing is retyped, and the file is ready in seconds.
Why it will be accepted
Every file we produce is checked against the official rules before you can download it, using the same validator the German authorities publish. If a file would be refused, you get told what to fix instead of getting the file.
Your invoice data stays yours
Invoices are processed on servers in the EU. Files you upload are deleted the moment they're processed. Invoices you create are saved to your account so you can find them again, and you can switch that off whenever you like.
