What counts as a conversion from PDF?
One PDF you hand us so the details can be read out of it instead of typed again. Filling in the form yourself is never a conversion, however many invoices you make.
What happens when my free conversions run out?
Nothing else stops. You keep creating invoices in the form, and the viewer and the validator stay free. Only reading the details out of a PDF needs Pro after that.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after it.
Is VAT included in the price?
Any VAT that applies is worked out at checkout and shown before you confirm, so you always see the final amount before paying anything.
Do you store my invoice data?
Files you upload are deleted the moment they're processed. Invoices you create are saved to your account so you can find them again, and you can switch that off at any time, which also deletes what is already stored. Everything is processed on servers in the EU.
